Ingrid created this wonderful recipe. It’s not difficult to prepare plus it looks and tastes great! Pesto sauce can be prepared in advance and frozen until required, but it tastes better fresh. French bread or focaccia provide a great base. For best results, grate fresh Parmesan cheese. Pesto sauce can be served on the side.
