The American Police Motorcycle Museum http://www.glynnhouse.com/area/id22.htm is dedicated to every man and woman who has worn a police uniform and protected his or her community with respect, dignity and courage. The museum features a 1948 Indian Motorcycle outfitted for the Laconia Police Department and a 1940 Chevrolet police sedan outfitted for the Meredith Police Department. Both vehicles have been completely restored and outfitted with equipment used. As part of your museum experience, guests may wear police uniforms of the 1940’s and have their picture taken on a 1948 motorcycle. The Museum will also feature an authentic police motorcycle from every decade; a series of authentic police motorcycle training films; and a police motorcycle maintenance shop. The museum is a short 15-minute drive from the Inn.
