A belated but sincere thank you to our guests from Texas. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with other travelers.  The Jefferson Suite is a guest favorite – lots of space and pleasant views. The Inn continues to arrange guest discounts – skiing, boating, fishing, snowmobiling, historic sites and many others. Our base in the geographic center of New Hampshire is perfect for visitors who want to explore the most attractive ‘bits’ of the “Live Free or Die” state.

“My wife and I stayed here for three nights in the Jefferson Suite on the third (top) floor. It was a wonderful experience. A very large room and what seemed to be a brand new (and very expensive) mattress on the bed.

Every morning there was a choice of two breakfast items and they never duplicated. Glenn, the owner, went out of his way to make recommendations based on our interests and has a supply of discounted tickets to most attractions.

We peeped in the other rooms and all of them looked inviting. Ashland itself is a charming place, and gives a wonderful flavor of true New England. (Final note: we stayed there two days before the hurricane it. I called them to make sure they were OK and they reported that the inn was unaffected by the storm.)” Stayed August 2011, traveled as a couple
